Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
Yes. Card at signup. No charge until the 14-day trial ends. Cancel anytime in the Billing Portal — no charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then, and no further charges are made. All cancellation happens in-app, one click.
What printing methods do you support?
Screen printing, DTF, DTG, stickers, and custom products. Production checklists adapt to whichever method you're running. Embroidery support is on the roadmap.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Orders, invoices, leads, and contacts can all be exported to CSV at any time. Your data is yours. If you cancel, we'll keep it for a reasonable grace period so you can re-subscribe or export before deletion.
How does team access work?
On the Shop plan, add up to 5 team members with role-based permissions (admin, manager, sales, designer, production). Each role sees only what they need. The Team plan removes the user cap.
Is my data secure?
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your data sits in a row-level-secured Postgres database, so other shops can't see yours, and we don't sell or share your data with anyone. Read the Privacy Policy.
How do I add the gang sheet builder or quote form to my website?
Each embed is a single <iframe> tag. Once you're set up in PrntlyOS, copy your shop's embed code from Settings and paste it anywhere on your site — Squarespace, Shopify, Wix, or plain HTML. Submissions go directly into your lead pipeline, no integration required.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free on any plan. Solo drops from $588 to $490/yr, Shop from $1,068 to $890/yr, and Team from $2,148 to $1,790/yr. Toggle "Annual" at the top of the pricing section to see the savings.
What if I need help setting up?
