This Privacy Policy explains how No Bones Clothing Company LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Prntly OS (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide.
- Account information — name, email address, and (for paid subscribers) billing details collected by our payment processor.
- Shop data — your customers, leads, orders, quotes, invoices, artwork, inventory, and any other records you create in the Service.
- Communications — messages you send to our support email.
Information collected automatically.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and general session information used to improve the Service.
- Device data — browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
- Cookies and local storage — we use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may stop working.
Information from third parties.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) shares a subscription status and the last 4 digits of your card — we never receive or store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Process subscriptions and billing;
- Authenticate users and secure your account;
- Respond to support requests and communicate about the Service;
- Monitor and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use Your Content to train artificial-intelligence models.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who need it to help us run the Service. These include:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage (United States)
- Stripe — payment processing (United States)
- Netlify — website and serverless function hosting (United States)
- Google — optional single sign-on (United States)
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. In a business transfer, we will provide reasonable notice.
4. Data Retention
We keep shop data for the life of your account plus a reasonable grace period after cancellation so you can export or recover it. You may request deletion at any time by emailing prntlyos@gmail.com. Some records (e.g. invoices required by tax law) may be retained as required by law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including HTTPS-only connections, row-level security at the database layer, and restricted access for our staff. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at prntlyos@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
California residents: You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents: Where applicable, the legal bases for our processing are (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interests in operating the Service, (c) compliance with legal obligations, and (d) your consent.
7. International Transfers
Our service providers primarily operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under appropriate safeguards.
8. Children's Privacy
Prntly OS is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in the Service. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
