Cancellation & Refunds

We want you to be happy with Prntly OS. This page explains how cancellation works and when refunds are available. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial through the Billing Portal inside the Service (Settings → Subscription & Billing → Manage Billing). If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Canceling a Paid Subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing Portal. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will end and no further charges will be made.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. In particular:

We may, at our sole discretion, grant a refund in cases of clear billing error, duplicate charges, or extended outages. To request a review, email prntlyos@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge with the invoice ID and reason. We will respond within 7 business days.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is resolved. Please reach out to us first — we can often fix billing issues directly and faster than a chargeback.

Data After Cancellation

When your subscription ends, your data remains in our systems for a reasonable grace period so you can export or resubscribe. After that period we may delete your data. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing prntlyos@gmail.com.

Price Changes

If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your account, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
